Jijing Technology | Celebrating 77 Years of National Prosperity: Building Scenery Through Technology, Moving Forward with the Nation
2026.10.01

Today marks the 77th anniversary of National Day. National flags are hanging in the streets, and the row of racks along the wall in our workshop is still powered on.

The racks hold finished transmitters. Each unit must remain there for a full 72 hours—undergoing tests for signal interference, temperature, and shock—before someone signs off on its release. Every year, people in the company raise concerns about this process: it takes up workstation space, wastes electricity and manpower, and delays delivery schedules. If we cut it down to 24 hours, or tested only one out of every ten units, the reports would look much better.

We’ve never changed the process.

The reason is quite old-school. Next to the steel mill’s overhead cranes are inverters and welding machines; mining equipment operates in dusty, cold environments. If a transmitter really fails, it won’t happen on the first day—it’ll happen during the night shift on the 90th day, with a load still hanging from the hook. It’s better for that to happen on our racks than during that night shift.

Jijing began manufacturing industrial wireless remote controls in Shanghai in 2005—this is our twenty-first year. Our equipment is in operation across more than forty countries, and our clients include XCMG, Zoomlion, China Railway Group, and Zhenhua Heavy Industries. While these names look impressive on paper, we focus even more closely on a simpler matter: ensuring that machines that complete this process rarely need to come back to us.

During the National Day holiday, production lines at ports and steel mills run nonstop. And so do those racks.

Happy Birthday to our motherland, and we wish everyone on duty a safe and peaceful holiday.
